ACP- Cycle start with pedal
With this option the cutting cycle start can be executed using a pedal.

C2 - Frame
It’s a bar bearing support equipped with a roller. It can be used in addition to the roller table. It should be suitably ballasted or fixed to the floor. Roller 550 mm wide, max load 750 Kg, H min 840 mm / H max 1.015 mm.

CNP - Digital measuring reading system
With automatic striker positioning.
System equipped with a measuring striker with automatic positioning controlled by a  programmable electronic panel. Feeding is made by a pinion on rack through a gear box controlled by an inverter. Tilting striker arm equipped with a locking brake  with springs shocks absorber. 550 mm wide idle rollers, diameter 70 mm and max loading capacity of 1000 Kg/m. 
H min 925 mm/H max 980 mm.

DOTM - Vertical vice
Device for vertical clamping of the material, hydraulic cylinder and manual positioning. During the cutting cycle the vertical cylinder works together with the vice for the material clamping.

FM..RSP - Heavy length stops
The machine may be equipped with a measure shaft for 1 to 6 meters (3.3 to 19.7 ft) measure stops to be installed on the RFP roller tables.

LX - Laser lighting for cutting line
The option LX facilitates the operator during the cutting phase: a luminous red line (laser light) is projected on the piece locked in the vice to exactly display where the blade will make the cut.

NB1 Box-NB2 Box - Sprayer for blade lubrification
The band saw machine can be equipped of a blade and cutting cooling device. To improve the cutting quality and reduce pollution risk, moreover to avoid the risk of pools of cooling liquid on the floor (possible cause of accidental falls), we suggest to use the NB optional.

QEL SMART- Console control panel
With this option QEL SMART the operator can put the control panel in the position He prefers, the connection cable is 2,5m long.

RM - Motorized roller
Our motorized roller can be joined to all models of FMB band saws so that any movement is avoided during the cut. Its moving is electrical and its lifting power is 1.500 Kg.

RPM1 - Vice pressure adjustment
The closing pressure adjustment of the vice RPM1,decreasing from the standard machine max. pressure, is used for materials having thin thickness and consequently that can be easily deformed. It is not possible to reduce the pressure value adjusted by the hydraulic system pressure switch under the safety value of 6 bar.

SENS - Control blade rotation
The SENS optional is assembled on the flywheel. In case the blade collapses due to an insufficient tension exerted by the stretcher or in case it goes stuck into the piece during the cut, the work cycle would immediately stop. In this way the SENS optional protects the motor wheel and the blade itself.

TM - Mechanical fast approach
This option allows a considerable reduction in working times: it speeds up the descent of the blade and decreases its lifting speed. On the head there is a fast approach device allowing the rapid approach of the blade when this is near the work piece to be cut. After cutting, the blade goes back only what is strictly necessary out of the piece and it is immediately ready for the next cut.

VAT - Galactic-Pegasus VHZ
This optional allows to read, by means of a digital display, the cutting angle with an accuracy to tenths of a degree. With the graduated plate placed the standard machines, this is not possible. It also allows a good view of reading in low light.
