C2 - Frame
It’s a bar bearing support equipped with a roller. It can be used in addition to the roller table. It should be suitably ballasted or fixed to the floor. Roller 550 mm wide, max load 750 Kg, H min 840 mm / H max 1.015 mm.

FM..RS - Length stop
Articulated striker. The machine may be equipped with a length stop for 1 to 6 meters (3.3 to 19.7 ft) measure stops to be installed on the RP roller tables.

KIT PN - Pneumatic vice clamping
With the PN optional the workpiece lock and unlock are made by a pneumatic vice. A pneumatic circuit controls the needed compressed air (max 6 bar). You can read the working pressure on the pressure gauge.

LX - Laser lighting for cutting line
The option LX facilitates the operator during the cutting phase: a luminous red line (laser light) is projected on the piece locked in the vice to exactly display where the blade will make the cut.

NB1 Box-NB2 Box - Sprayer for blade lubrification
The band saw machine can be equipped of a blade and cutting cooling device. To improve the cutting quality and reduce pollution risk, moreover to avoid the risk of pools of cooling liquid on the floor (possible cause of accidental falls), we suggest to use the NB optional.

RM - Motorized roller
Our motorized roller can be joined to all models of FMB band saws so that any movement is avoided during the cut. Its moving is electrical and its lifting power is 1.500 Kg.

Digital measure reading system with manual striker positioning including idle roller tables RE2G + RE1G + connections CRES and RRS (H min= 910mm / H max= 1000mm).

RP1G-RP2G - Roller tables
Roller table available in units 1 meter long each with idle rollers 400 mm wide and loading capacity of 300 Kg/m. Maximum height h=1000mm, minimal height h=910mm.

Roller for the material support with diameter = 50mm. Cut at max -40°, excludes the standard measuring rod

VAT - Cutting angle display
Allows to read, by means of a digital display, the cutting angle with an accuracy to tenths of a degree. With the graduated plate placed the standard machines, this is not possible. It also allows a good view of reading in low light.

VHZ - Electronic inverter
By the VHZ optional the blade speed rotation can be changed acting on the proper keys.
