  • Automatic band saw to cut from 0° to 60°, in automatic or semiautomatic mode.

  • Missing material end switch on carriage vice.
  • Automatic positioning of the material feeding vice to the programmed feed length. (Positioning tolerance ± 0,2 mm.)
  • Final cutting scrap: approx. 310 mm.
  • 4 idle rollers positioned between beginning of the base and the cutting vice line to support the material.
  • Automatic positioning system of the two central rollers along the carriage vice feed stroke, ensuring proper support of shorter bars.
  • Heavy-duty welded steel base with panels of differentiated thickness, swarf collection system and integrated coolant tank.
